Data processing

We process your personal data which falls under the following categories of data:

Name, contact details, dates of birth, body weight and height, medical laboratory values, creditworthiness data.

You have voluntarily provided us with data about yourself and we process this data based on your consent for the following purposes:

Wir haben Daten über Sie durch unseren Online-Shop, per E-Mail oder telefonisch erhalten auf Grundlage Ihrer Einwilligung zur Ausarbeitung eines Ernährungsprofils entsprechend des sog. SALOMED-Test erhalten.

You can revoke this consent at any time. A revocation has the consequence that we will no longer process your data for the above-mentioned purposes from that point on. For a revocation, please contact:

2. Legal basis Contract fulfilment

The data you provide is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract (the preparation of your nutritional profile according to the so-called SALOMED Test) with you.

3. Storage period/deletion period

We store your data for 12 months when you order the blood collection set via our online shop, by e-mail or by telephone for the SALOMED Test. After your order for the SALOMED Test, which you place by sending your blood sample to one of our partner laboratories or by having your blood taken in a partner laboratory, we store all your data only until the time of full payment for the SALOMED Test.

4. Data transmission

We pass on the following data to the following recipients or categories of recipients:
